Cohort 2 - CO3/Halifax Financial Resilience Academy(6 Sessions)

The CO3 Financial Resilience Academy 2025/26 is designed for CEOs and senior leaders responsible for strengthening their organisation's financial sustainability. This programme will equip 12 participants with the skills and strategies needed to build diverse income streams, ensuring long-term resilience in the face of funding challenges.

Participants will benefit from six training courses covering essential topics like income generation, impact measurement, and developing social enterprises. Additionally, they will receive three hours of personalised financial resilience mentoring.
