Leadership Development Programme

The Leadership Development Programme is an innovative initiative designed for CEOs, Directors, and Senior Managers in the VCSE sector who aspire to enhance their leadership skills. Based on the refreshed CO3 Leadership Framework, this programme, delivered in partnership with Ulster University and supported by the Department for Economy, offers a unique opportunity to gain practical insights and 15 Master’s Level Credits. Grounded in sector-specific values, the programme equips leaders with the competences needed to navigate current challenges and drive outstanding impact in their organisations.

• 28 February 2025 – 1st Teaching Day (9:30am - 4:30pm), Venue: Ulster University
• 18 March 2025 – 2nd Teaching Day (9:30am - 4:30pm), Venue: Ulster University
• 1 April 2025 – Final Teaching Day (9:30am - 4:30pm), Venue: Ulster University
• July 2025 (Date TBC) – Graduation Day, Venue: CO3
