Are you feeling a bit isolated, lonely, overwhelmed, or perhaps inspired and full of energy for the year ahead? Regardless of where you find yourself on this spectrum, we believe that coming together can make a significant difference.

Our Chief Executive Valerie McConville will host this informal gathering where there is no set agenda. We want to provide a space for leaders like yourself to connect, share experiences, and discuss the hopes and fears that accompany our leadership journeys.  We aim to explore the collective aspirations and challenges facing the voluntary and community sector in 2024.
