Womens Health Event

Join us on 15 December for a bit of R & R with event collaborators, Arts Care and The Wellbeing Pathway.

Our day will kick off with lunch, followed by a bit of a welcome and introductions then a session with Catherine Murnin, The Wellbeing Pathway. 

Over the course of the day you will enjoy creative sessions with Arts Care making Christmas Decorations and some Yoga/Meditation with our very own Valerie McConville.

This will be a much needed half day session on the wind down to Christmas and we hope you can make it.

You don't need to be an experienced crafter or be able to practice yoga, just have an open mind and willing to participate.
