Walk & Talk Series | Tollymore Forest park

We would like to invite you to a Walk & Talk Series led by CO3 board member Nigel Hampton Chief Executive of IncredABLE designed to provide CO3 members with:

• Peer support

• Shared learning 

• A space to discuss challenges and explore solutions

• Wellbeing activity 

You can attend all or any of the individual walks.

28th October 2022- Castlewellan Forest Park

25th November 2022- Minnowburn 

27th January 2023- Slieve Gullion Forest Park

24th February 2023- Tollymore Forest park

31st March 2023 – Craigavon Lakes

Participants will pair up to walk and talk for 2-3 hours followed by networking time over a packed lunch.
