Marie Ferris and Clare Madden were responsible for bringing a coaching culture in Ulster University in their roles as Professional Development Managers. Their innovative and organic approach to introducing workplace coaching at Ulster University won an Irish National Training Award for Excellence in Coaching.

They knew that good practice says that such institution-wide projects succeed when buy in is gained from senior management and a top down approach is taken. However, they also knew their own culture and their leaders, and they knew a different approach was needed. They sought out champions and influencers to work with them and expanded things from there.

In this webinar from CO3 and the Social Enterprise Academy find out how Clare and Marie went about implementing an award-winning coaching culture and transforming working relationships with a very limited budget. If you are looking to embed a coaching culture in your organisation, you’ll receive lots of hints and tips and there will be ample time for questions from the audience.

Marie and Clare are both accredited executive coaches, with over 15 years’ experience of delivering coaching training programmes.  They now work as consultants with Thrive Coaching & Development, and you can learn more about them here https://www.thrivecoachingdevelopment.com/about.
