CO3 are delighted to partner with Hope 4 Life for a taster session before they are leading on a Reflection and Supervision training course in May.
In this session, Chief Executive Dee Nixon will be demonstrating the need for wellbeing in the workplace and beyond, and what we can all do to help achieve this.
Dee will share with us the importance of self-care, the awareness of personal triggers, provide some guidance and expert advice as to how we can improve our workplaces, communities and indeed our own personal life.
