We are delighted to be partnering with Willis Employment Services once again to hold our CO3 HR Forum.

 

The forum was a huge success in 2019 and we now feel it is the perfect time to reintroduce it.

 

The forum will aim to meet every 12 weeks, with an introductory session taking place on 10 February 2022.

  

Here are a few areas that will be covered in the first few sessions.

 

HR Special Interest Series

1.    How would a 4 day working week impact your organisation- Pros and Cons.

2.    Performance Management,, how has the Pandemic affected performance, are there any recurring employment issues that are difficult to address?

3.    Skills mapping and Gap analysis in the workplace. Succession planning?

4.    Employee benefits and Recognition schemes, which would work best for you?

 

The purpose of the forum is to get together and share some practical advice to navigate through some challenging HR issues. As a group, attendees can share examples or ask questions which others may be able provide solutions as to how they overcame the same issue. Chatham House rules will apply.
