New to Post CEO Forum

CO3 is delighted to offer a forum specifically set up to support new-to-post Chief Officers.  The purpose of the forum is to offer support for  Chief Officers who have taken on a new leadership role.  We appreciate that being a Chief Officer can be a hugely rewarding role however, it can at times feel lonely and with the external challenges and uncertainty the wider sector is exposed to.

The new-to-post forum meets quarterly and offers support to those who are in post less than three years to share together.
