As a society we are facing an unprecedented series of challenges and the way we live, work and interact has been changed forever by the pandemic. Some of our most fundamental behaviours have changed giving rise to new trends which are accelerating and shaping our future world.

The challenge leaders now face is to take their organisation through this period of continuous change and navigate a path to the other side.

For many this will mean fundamentally addressing key changes to how and where people work and the ways in which they interact with one another; it will mean reviewing the capacity, the technology, the skills needed for a re-configured workplace. It will mean understanding the connection between work and place and fundamentally will require the whole organisation to reflect on its capacity to lead beyond walls.

This seminar will explore the rise of hybrid working and examine a number of key themes around new workforce strategies, the type of leadership this requires and emerging organisational cultures (beyond walls).
