Virtual Information Sessions for Mentees - Financial Resilience Leadership Programme

CO3 is delighted to announce a new transformational leadership programme funded through the National Lottery Community Fund. The new programme will offer tailored support to up to 30 third sector leaders.  Offering a customised mentoring programme over an eighteen-month timeframe to develop and enhance the fundraising and income generation skills of leaders, strengthening the sustainability of their organisation.

In addition, to the dedicated support of a Mentor, Mentees will also have access to a range of practical courses that fall under the broad umbrella of income generation.

Our Mentees will operate at CEO or Senior Management level within their organisation.  There is no cost to participate in the programme. However, it will require a significant investment of time.

The transformational programme will provide tailored support to leaders to help change their organisation's income model creating a more sustainable future over 18 months. 

At the end of the 18 months, the Mentees then take on the role of Mentor, providing support to the next cohort of leaders, sharing everything they have learnt as a Mentee.  The concept of generous leadership will help to build the financial resilience skills of leaders across the sector.
