Virtual Information Sessions for Mentors - Financial Resilience Leadership Programme

CO3 is delighted to announce a new leadership programme funded through the National Lottery Community Fund.

The new programme will offer tailored support to up to 30 third sector leaders, with a tailored mentoring programme, providing the selected leaders with a Mentor over an eighteen-month timeframe to develop and enhance their fundraising and income generation skills.

We are currently recruiting Mentors with a demonstrable track record in developing successful income generation strategies at a leadership level in the Third Sector.  Each Mentor will be assigned two Mentees to support for 18 months.

We are reaching out to third sector leaders who have particular areas of expertise in income generation in the following areas:

∙        Social entrepreneurship

∙        Trading income

∙        Contract tendering        

∙        Corporate partnerships

∙        Legacies            

∙        Big gift campaigns

∙        Grantmakers and foundations

∙        Individual giving

Our Mentors will be leaders, who despite a challenging external environment, have managed to create a sustainable basis for their organisation, ensuring financial stability. 

Mentors will be offered payment for their support in the programme.   

Mentees and Mentors will also have access to single-day training programmes, as well as the support of the broader group of mentors/mentees.
