CO3 and FXL are pleased to offer members the opportunity to participate in a one-hour webinar focussed on How to build empowering teams remotely. Within a two-week period, the majority of us have moved from an office environment to working from home.  Traditional management practices no longer apply.

The webinar will focus on creating trustworthy and autonomous teams that stay connected, focussed, motivated and supported through the Covid-19 crisis. 

We will share techniques and advice, as well as providing a platform for members to share how they have embraced virtual working.
