HR Management Network

CO3 is delighted to announce the next networking series for members on the theme of Human Resource Management.  This series of four sessions will allow members who have an HR remit to meet with people in a similar field on a quarterly basis.  The content and agenda is driven by the members of the group.

The aim of the series is to allow members to develop a peer group who have particular experience and knowledge in this field so that you have a group of people to benchmark and share information.  The series is primarily for Associate members (ie. individuals who are at Senior Management Team level) but will also be open to Chief Executive of smaller organisations who have HR as part of their own remit.  The series will operate under Chatham House Rules to allow members to talk openly about issues they are facing in their own organisation.

This series will be hosted and facilitated by Willis Employment Services, a specialist consultancy team focused on HR and employment law. Members will have an opportunity to benefit from the wealth of practical experience of their consultants who will facilitate the sessions.

The dates proposed are:

1. Thursday 12th December 2019

3. Wednesday 11th March 2020

4. Wednesday 10th June 2020

The events will run over lunchtime 12.30pm-2pm with a light lunch served.

Venue:   Willis Employment Services, 55-59 Donegall Street, Belfast, BT1 2FH

Cost:   There is no cost to attending, but delegates must be a member of CO3.  Places are limited to 10 per session.  We would ask that participants commit to attend all four sessions in order to build peer relationships and maximise the shared learning.
