Webinar: Navigating the new code of fundraising practice and learning from complaints

We have created this session to specifically address the new challenges facing CO3 members in navigating the new code of fundraising practice, which has come in to effect from October 2019.

This session will take place as a webinar.  Attendees will have the option of taking part remotely, alternatively the webinar will be shown live at the CO3 offices.

ALL attendees will be sent  log in details and instructions to attend the webinar remotely shortly before the event.

Join the fundraising regulator for this webinar where you can find out:

• How to use the new code
• How we have made the fundraising standards more accessible for charities and what you should do next
• About our approach to handling complaints
• Common code breaches and how charities can learn from complaints
  

This session will also provide you with an opportunity to share your views on what support and guidance you need to make sure you are meeting your responsibilities.

More about your facilitators

Priya Warner, Head of Policy

Priya has over ten years of policy development experience having spent the last fifteen years of her career working in the regulatory field. She leads on developing regulatory standards, policy development and research at the Fundraising Regulator.

Catherine Orr, Head of Casework

Before joining the Fundraising Regulator as Head of Casework, Catherine spent five years at the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman. She began her career working as a local authority social worker.
