How to be a CO3 Award Winner

Following a fabulous night at the CO3 Leadership Awards back in March, CO3 is hosting an event to unpick what makes a CO3 Award Winner. This will be a fantastic event to gain inspiration into making your own leadership journey a successful one, but also to consider nominating for the 2020 CO3 Leadership Awards

We would be delighted if you could join us for lunch between 12.30pm – 2pm on Tuesday 15th October 2019 at CO3, 31 Bruce Street, Belfast, BT2 7JD

Delegates will have the opportunity to hear from two of the 2019 awards winners on what winning an award has meant to them personally, for their organisation, and on why people should consider nominating: 

• Deirdre McCloskey; MEAAP – "Leading Forward In Transformation Across Health And Social Care" award winner 2019
• Lynn Carvill; Woman's Tec – "Leading Organisation Change Award" award winner 2019

We will also have contribution from some members of the judging panel who will share their insight on what makes an application stand out.

• David Lane, Ecclesiastical  (Chair of the CO3 Leadership Awards Judging Panel)
• Donal Laverty, Baker Tilly Mooney Moore   

Once you’ve heard from the panel, Nora Smith, CEO of CO3 will chair a Q&A session with the panel to discuss what makes great leadership in our sector and help answer any specific questions you have in relation to nominations for the 2019 Awards.
