The Light at the End of the Tunnel?

With many Not For Profit organisations facing the train of funding cuts or loss of funding coming down the tracks we will look at how some charities have found light at the end of the tunnel. In considering a series of case studies we will explore the approach a number of charities have taken in this situation. This will include early warning signs of financial difficulties and the options available to Trustees to deal with them, ranging from the informal through to the formal and ‘best practice’ for Trustees.
