Executive Transitions and Leadership Succession

Executive transitions and leadership succession can be difficult for all organisations, with specific challenges for third sector organisations.

CO3 and Social Change Initiative are delighted to invite you to a seminar which examines leadership succession planning and executive transitions within the Third Sector.  It will discuss the latest literature and theory and the practical experience of leaders non-profit organisations working in the area of social change. The discussions will highlight the challenges, lessons learnt, and the opportunities presented when managing transitions at the top.

We will hear from a range of leaders at difference stages of their careers talking about their approach to leadership transition and succession planning as well as an opportunity to have a wider discussion from delegates on their experiences and views.

Social Change Initiative, will be launching a Succession Planning Toolkit as part of the event which provides practical help and support to Third Sector leaders operating at Board and Senior Management level.
